Specially Payroll is responsible for:
Preparation of time cards and export of all timecards for weekly payroll processing
Updates to employee records regarding taxes, loans, child support, sick leave etc
Processing requests for employee any loans
Processing weekly payroll; updating GL accounts for salaries and shop distribution
Prepare and process tax payments and journal entries for GL postings
Updating Personnel Allocation of Hours file
Electronic paycheck direct deposit
Day to day communication to answer any questions and/or execute requests regarding all aspects of payroll
